Last night, Baltimore's own infamous musical comedy troupe Young English / Irish Toothache hosted a benefit show billed as "Hampden Helps Haiti Hugely" at their "mansion", a converted warehouse turned home and venue. Proceeds went to Doctors without Borders. I was honored to lend a performance to the cause.
If memory serves, here's the tunes I played (although the order may be a little off)
Get You (extended bridge jam)
Mountain Trail
One day (Matisyahu)
Grandpas' Song (for "All Grandfathers - past, present, and future")
Before Now (For Emma)
The Good Life (Weezer)
Mindy
Bargain Jargon Anthem
Greener (for Marc)
New Umbrella
My Girl (Temptations) ->
Can't Always Get (Stones - w/ crowd sing-along) ->
My Girl
Granny (Dave Matthews Band - First time played)
Drop these Blues
Sunny A.M. (1st time played)
It was a pleasure to meet Pete Muth's Dad and Grandma, Single's folks, and A. Winter Schultz's cousin - Thanks to Tup and Don Kim for running the sound and to all the volunteers and performers for hosting a great event.
I hope to rock the Mansion again soon.
